When she’s not striking a Warrior Pose in yoga class or perfecting her Pilates roll-up, Ann Green can usually be found dancing — something she’s loved for over 20 years (though she swears she only recently got good at it!). She’s the founder of Greenlight Consulting, where she helps some of the world’s biggest brands get smarter and more creative with their advertising. David D’Ausilio
David and his wife started dancing in 2025 as fans and viewers of the "Dancing with the Stars" television show thought it would be fun to learn to dance! David has five grandsons and he has a very interesting grandfather name – Not your normal Papa or Nono... His grandsons all call him "Caesar". It started out as a joke before any of them were born but somehow caught on... David was a fan favorite in 2025!
Eugenia Frenzel
Eugenia is a licensed attorney and a legal industry expert in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive profitable revenue and enhance client service delivery. With over 20 years of legal operations experience in several international law firms, Eugenia focuses on enhancing client service delivery and growing client relationships. In addition to her newly found passion for ballroom dancing, Eugenia is a certified scuba diver and a lifelong skier.
Ian Havens
Ian has been dancing at Fred Astaire Hamden for 6 years. He knows dancing is a team sport, so he is particularly proud of his participation in the award-winning Hamden Formation Team.In his spare time, Ian enjoys golfing, being outdoors, and watching sports. Every Sunday, you can find Ian with his cheesehead on and rooting for the Green Bay Packers.
Jeff Arnold
Jeff is an attorney for PepsiCo, Inc. and a resident of Norwalk, CT. He also currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Triangle Community Center (“TCC”), Fairfield County’s LGBTQ+ resource center. He has been dancing with Fred Astaire for the last six years. He loves all the various ballroom dances - as long as it’s with his partner Sanja!
Lauren Murphy
Lauren Murphy has been passionate about dance since the age of three, expanding her repertoire to include ballroom dancing over the past five years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Fairfield University and is currently a Vice President in the Family Office department at Risk Strategies, part of the Brown & Brown Team. A dedicated advocate for creative movement, Lauren integrates art, music, and sensory activities into daily life with her two children: Benjamin and Cameron. She is active in her community with the Boys & Girls Club, the PTA, and other local organizations.
Marjorie Lamour
In her professional life, Marjorie works as a tech product lead/AI consultant. She is also the Founder of Lamour World Travels, where she helps people, families and groups design unforgettable getaways. Marjorie enjoys volunteering and doing community work with local organizations - causes that create hope and support connection. Through dancing, she found joy and energy beyond work—and discovered ballroom dancing is a great mix of challenge and fun.
Sarah Kennedy
Sarah is a lifelong ballet dancer, beginning at San Francisco Ballet. She also loves to sing opera, and sail on old time wooden schooners. She loves all animals, including her current best-buddy, Buck and helps with local wildlife rehabilitation. She loves performing and choreographing at Madison Lyric Stage, most recently in Barber Adagio, and La Voix Humaine. Sarah joined Fred Astaire Hamden in 2023 where she is loving dancing in their warm environment of artistic expertise.
